Order process
From first click to delivery at your door — here is exactly how it works, with no surprises and no obligation until you decide to go ahead.
- Step 1 — Calculate your price, live on the page
- Open any product page, adjust the options, print method, packaging, and quantity. The price per piece, total price, and production time update the moment you change something — no account required, no forms, no waiting. Can't find what you need? Contact us and we'll add it or quote it specially.
- Step 2 — Order multiple designs in one go
- Need the same mug in three colours, or playing cards with a different design for each department? Use the version field to label each variant and add them all to a single order. One shipment, one invoice, one project manager.
- Step 3 — Add to cart to see real shipping costs
- Click add to cart to reveal all available shipping options with exact costs and transit times for your quantity. Sea freight is cost-effective for larger volumes — it takes longer but the per-unit cost drops sharply. Air freight is faster and better for smaller quantities. Combine products in one cart to share the shipping cost.
- Step 4 — Submit your request — free and completely non-binding
- Enter your delivery and billing address at checkout and click submit quotation request. A confirmation email arrives within minutes. Nothing is committed at this stage — this is a quote request, not an order, and it costs you nothing.
- Step 5 — Your own project manager contacts you within one working day
- A dedicated project manager will call or email you to confirm the request, answer questions, and talk through artwork, design options, and whether a sample run makes sense. Sample costs are charged upfront; for new customers, payment is required before samples are dispatched.
- Step 6 — Production, with our team physically on site
- Once you approve the order and pay the down payment, production begins. Our team in China is at the factory in person — checking materials before production starts, inspecting mid-run, and verifying finished goods before anything leaves. No child labour, fair wages, and proper waste management are conditions we enforce on the ground, not just on paper.
- Step 7 — Shipping, customs, and import duties — we handle it all
- We ship sea freight via Rotterdam and air freight via Amsterdam, then by road to your address. EU customers receive their orders under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms: import clearance, customs duties, and VAT on importation are arranged and paid by us. You receive your goods exactly as if they were shipped from within Europe. Express shipments are cleared by the carrier in your country.
- Step 8 — Delivered. Invoice to follow.
- Your project manager confirms when the goods arrive and sends the final invoice. Unloading at the delivery address is your responsibility — for pallets or large volumes, let us know in advance so the carrier can be prepared.
